The operating terms below are structured placeholders and require final legal review before FirstRun launches.
Platform Terms
Access must be lawful and accurate. Accounts may not be used to harm the platform, other creators, reviewers, or users.
Submission Terms
Submission does not guarantee selection or publication and does not transfer ownership. Creators warrant that supplied information is accurate and that FirstRun may securely inspect submitted materials.
Publishing agreement
Accepted products require a separate signed agreement covering rights, responsibilities, commercial terms, expenses, maintenance, termination, and revenue participation.
Beta Club Terms
Test materials may be confidential. Testers must report honestly and may not manipulate ratings, reviews, installs, or store behavior.
Prohibited products
Harmful, illegal, deceptive, copied, or rights-infringing products may be rejected, suspended, or reported where legally required.

Final terms, effective dates, governing law, dispute provisions, and official contact details will be added after legal review.
