Information we collect
Account details, creator submissions, product and ownership records, uploaded files, review correspondence, Beta Club registration, and basic service logs.
Why we use it
To authenticate users, evaluate releases, communicate review decisions, operate beta programs, protect the platform, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Access and sharing
Private release materials are limited to authorized FirstRun personnel and assigned reviewers. Service providers may process data under appropriate terms. We do not make private creator details public by default.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained only as needed for Selection, contracts, security, dispute handling, and lawful obligations. Creators may request access or deletion where applicable.
Security
FirstRun uses access controls, private storage, row-level database policies, and audit logging. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
