Legal draft / FirstRun

Beta Club Terms.

The working participation rules for founding testers. Final legal approval is required before production launch.

Draft — final legal review required. These placeholders do not replace product-specific testing instructions.
01

Invitations are selective

Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation. FirstRun matches testers to relevant devices, languages, accessibility interests, and product categories.

02

Confidential test material

An invitation may include unreleased software or information. Testers must follow the confidentiality and access instructions supplied with that Drop.

03

Honest, useful feedback

Recognition is based on constructive bug reports and structured product feedback—not positive ratings, incentivized reviews, installs, or store manipulation.

04

Safe testing

Testers must not probe beyond the agreed test scope, harm systems or users, redistribute builds, or attempt to access another person’s data.

05

Consent and withdrawal

Release invitations require consent. A tester may unsubscribe or request removal from the active invitation list.

06

Product-specific terms

Higher-risk or confidential releases may require additional terms before access is granted.
